A lunar dust motion parameter measurement device with an arrayed grid network structure. When the charged particles pass through the shielding mesh and the grating mesh in sequence as shown in the figure, due to electrostatic induction, the charge, dust velocity direction, motion trajectory, motion time and velocity magnitude of the charged particles are obtained based on the signal peaks generated by the grating mesh.
