Lehui Cao
(操乐晖)

Lehui Cao, Graduated from the Department of Nuclear Physics, Sichuan University in 2020.
Cao started in JLPP in September 2020, whose major research work is numerical simulation of Magnetoplasma Dynamic Thruster(MPDT) by fluid methods.

Kun Feng
(冯锟)

Kun Feng received his bachelor's degree from Warsaw University of Technology, and then a master's degree from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, both in aerospace engineering. He did his master's thesis on the atmosphere-breathing electric propulsion system in IRS at the University of Stuttgart and hopes to pursue deeper in electric propulsion and plasma physics. He is a new member of JLPP and is currently focusing on plasma spectroscopy and Hall thrusters.

Wudi Luo, received his bachelor's degree from the School of Space and Environment, Beihang University, joined JLPP in 2021 and is currently engaged in plasma-related theoretical and simulation research.

Wenjun Gou
(苟文君)

Gou, whose major is the Spacecraft Power Engineering, had received her bachelor’s degree in TJU in 2024. Since Gou started her research in JLPP,she had focused on study of numerical simulation in the field of electric propulsion.

Yousheng Lei
(雷有盛)

Yousheng Lei, graduated from Shenyuan Honors College, Beihang University in 2026. He became a member of JLPP in February 2024 and has focused on orbit dynamics and configuration simulation of satellite constellations. He will further deepen his study on Hall thrusters and hopes to pursue in-depth research in the field of space electric propulsion.

Yuzhe Sun
(孙宇哲)

Yuzhe Sun, who graduated from Beihang University in 2021, major in space since and technology. Sun joined JLPP in the fall of 2021 and start learning and working. He once studied Air-breathing magneto-plasma thruster as his undergraduate graduation project in the spring of 2021.Now, he is focus on spectral diagnosis in plasma.
In the future, he want to be the man like his elder martial brothers who can take complete charge and take over the game at a critical juncture.

siyuan ren
(任思远)

Ren Siyuan received his undergraduate degree in physics from Nanjing University in 2022. During the fall of 2022, he became a member of the JLPP and began to work on electric propulsion.
Currently, he is mainly engaged in the research of ion propulsion system simulation and electric propulsion fault diagnosis.

Zeyang Wang
(王泽阳)

Wang Zeyang received his bachelor's degree from Shenyang Aerospace University in 2023, majoring in aircraft power engineering. He became a member of JLPP in the fall of 2022, working in the direction of numerical simulation of electric propulsion.

Haixu Guo
(郭海旭)

Guo, whose major is the Spacecraft Power Engineering, had received his bachelor’s degree in BUAA in 2024.Since Guo started his research in JLPP in 2023,he had focused on study of the intelligent space electric propulsion.

Mao Renfan, got his bachelor’s degree of Aircraft Design & Engineering (Aeronautics) in 2021 in Beihang University,whose major is the plasma physics simulation.
Mao started his research in JLPP in the Fall of 2019 and began to focus on study of PIC method.

Xu Wu
(吴旭)

Xu Wu, who majored in Aircraft Power Engineering, received his bachelor's degree from Civil Aviation University of China in 2022.
Xu Wu started his research at JLPP in the fall of the same year. Now he is currently doing research on electric propulsion simulation and diagnostics.

Shuyu Chen
(陈蜀豫)

Chen, whose major is Aerospace Power Engineering, initiated her research in JLPP in the Fall of 2024 and began to concentrate on the simulation study of the plasma environment and the dynamics of charged lunar dust near the lunar lander.

Baoshen Xue
(薛宝申)

Baoshen Xue graduated from Shenyuan Honors College, Beihang University. He joined JLPP in September 2024, where he began his research on the optimization of micro-cathode arc thrusters. Now, he focuses on the study of multi-component propellant magnetoplasmadynamic thrusters.

Lei Xu
(许磊)

Lei Xu, who majored in Energy and Power Engineering, received his bachelor's degree from Nanchang University in 2024.Lei Xu started his research at JLPP in the fall of the same year. Now he is currently working on a project of the Hall thrust system .

Zhenjie Ma
(马振杰)

Zhenjie Ma graduated from Beihang University in June 2024 with a major in space science and technology. As a member of JLPP, he is passionate about MPDT and plasma research. If you ask him about his favorite motto, it would be, "Life is a wilderness, not an orbit."

Kunkun Liu
(刘坤坤)

Kunkun Liu, graduated from the Department of Space Science and Technology, Beihang University in 2025. Liu joined JLPP in September 2025 and has been currently engaged in the study of charged lunar dust dynamics.

Yankui Zhao
(赵延逵)

Yankui Zhao is a 2022 undergraduate of Shenyuan College, Beihang University. Zhao started in JLPP in September 2024, whose major research work was magnet nozzle then. His currently focus at JLPP is on the simulation of hollow cathode. He hopes he can contribute his own strength to the cause of electric propulsion in the future.

Xiao Hu graduated from the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics at Sichuan University in 2025, majoring in Aerospace Engineering. She will begin studying Aerospace Propulsion Engineering at Beihang University in September 2026.

Shengliang Pei, who majored in Aircraft Propulsion Engineering, received his bachelor's degree from Beihang University in 2025.Shengliang Pei started his research at JLPP in the fall of next year. Now he is focused on hollow cathode research.

Tieying Gao
(高铁映)

Tieying Gao,Graduated from the School of Automation and Intelligence at Beijing Jiaotong University in 2026.Gao will begin studying Space Power Engineering at the School of Astronautics, Beihang University in September 2026.

Wei received his bachelor’s degree in Central South University and started his research in JLPP in the Summer of 2024 and began to focus on study of plasma diagnostics.

Chi Zhang
(张弛)

Zhangchi, Graduated from the Energy and Power Engineering, Northeasten University in 2025. In July of the same year, he joined the JLPP family and will be engaged in the related work of radio frequency ion thrusters and fault diagnosis. After more than two decades of study, he has embarked on a path he never imagined. Perhaps fate always plays tricks on us, but in the future, he will surely become the person he most aspires to be.

Yizhe You
(游亿哲)

You Yizhe, majored in Mechanical and Automation, received his bachelor’s degree from Chongqing Jiaotong University in 2025.He joined JLPP in the summer of the same year. He is currently working on a project of the RF ion thruster (RIT). He believes that the future of humanity lies in the stars, and how far we can go in the universe depends on the performance of propulsion systems.

Haonan Yan
(闫浩南)

Haonan Yan, Graduated from the Department of Astronautics, NorthWestern Polytechnical University in 2025. Yan started in JLPP in September 2025, whose major research work is Magnetoplasmadynamic Thruster(MPDT).

Chenyang Wang
(王晨阳)

Chenyang Wang, who majored in Engineering Mechanics, received his bachelor's degree from Hunan University in 2026. Wang Chenyang started his research at JLPP in the fall of the same year. Now he is currently working on a project of the magnetoplasmadynamic thruster system.

Wenchen Zhu
(祝文臣)

Wenchen Zhu, a young man from Xiamen, Fujian. He studied at the School of Astronautics, Beihang University, and earned his bachelor’s degree in 2025. In the autumn of the same year, he began his research and studies at JLPP, and he is currently involved in a probe project within the lab. He hopes to explore more unknown things firsthand and take genuine pleasure in it.

Tianlang Yi is a 2020 undergraduate of Shenyuan College, Beihang University. He is currently studying aircraft power engineering in the School of Astronautics. His current focus at JLPP is on Hall thrusters.

Chenqiao Xu, whose major is Electronic science and technology, received his bachelor's degree from Nanchang Hangkong University in 2024. Xu joined JLPP in fall of 2024 and began to study on lunar dust. This field of study is novel to him.

Yuesong Gao , Graduated from the College of Water Resources and Civil Engineering , China Agricultural University in 2025. He joined JLPP in September of the same year and is currently engaged in the study of charged lunar dust dynamics and electric propulsion systems. He had no idea what the future held, yet every morning he embraced the world with passion. Gao firmly believing that those who are confident and earnest can achieve anything.

(黄虞杰)

Yujie Huang, Graduated from the Department of Aircraft Power Engineering, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2025. Huang’s major research work is plasma diagnostics of Hall effect thrusters by 3D optical tomography and collisional-radiative (CR) models.

Kai Zhou graduated from Beihang University with a major in Aerospace Intelligent Electric Propulsion Technology in 2026. Since joining JLPP in 2024, he have been dedicated to the research of magnetic nozzle simulation methods and the engineering application of micro cathode vacuum arc thrusters.

Zixi Liu is a 2024 undergraduate of Shenyuan Honors College, Beihang University. He started his research in JLPP in January 2026 and began to focus on study of Hall thruster and the on-orbit applications.

Bixing Yan
(闫必行)

Bixing Yan is a 2023 undergraduate of Shenyuan Honors College, Beihang University. He began his study at JLPP from February 2025, and has been engaged in research on health assessment algorithms for ion thruster and Hall thruster. He will continue to focus on health assessment of electric propulsion in the future.
